UNusual Update

Greetings all you UNusual folks,
We had a blast in Eureka Springs for the 2009 Blues Fest. Penelope sounded great, and the band didn't totally suck either. I ordered a bunch of stickers before we went down, intending to hand them out as promotional material. Naturally they haven't arrived yet, but I expect them soon-ish. Be sure to ask me for a sticker when you see me. You may wonder, "What exactly do you guys do when you are on the road in between shows?" Well hang out with our friends naturally. Special thanks to Larry, Tami, Derald, Amber, Jake, and Andrea for coming down to spend a fun filled weekend with us. The picture to the left is a pretty good representation of an UNusual way to spend time. You all know that our keyboardist Willie Simmons can handle his organ (ok, that was a bad one), but did you know he is also an accordion player? Well, we didn't either. Willie busted out the chick magnet and entertained some of the folks staying at the hotel with us. We have a short movie of it if you have a strong stomach. Click here if you dare. We have a gig coming up at Frankie D's on the 10th. It's a bike night, so come on out and help us party down.
