Justin “Lil’ Griff” Griffis (guitar and vocals) is a relative newcomer to the Kansas City music scene.   Justin relocated from Des Moines, Iowa, where he first cut his teeth playing with several local and regional R&B and Blues acts. Justin fell in love with music very early in life and has spent countless hours studying the works of Blues and Jazz masters, both new and old. While he prides himself on his unique playing style, if you listen closely you can pick up influences like Robert Cray, SRV, Albert Collins, Albert King, Buddy Guy, and others throughout his playing.   With a love for old guitars, tube amplifiers, cheap whiskey, and music of all kinds, when not on stage, Justin can usually be found creeping around the scene wherever there’s live music to be heard. Known for his laid-back style and tasty licks, Justin has shared the stage with acts like Kenny Neal, Eric Sardinas, Rene Austin, Baby Jason and the Tablerockers, and others.
